PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispensing device with a decorative laminate which is attached on the game medium dispensing device and flexibly corresponds to a series of the game medium dispensing devices with or without units. SOLUTION: The game medium dispensing device 1 is installed between game machines and is equipped with a mechanism module part 40 having at least one of a bill discriminating device 10, a coin discriminating device 20, and a recording medium processing device 30, and a control unit 50 for driving and controlling the mechanism module part 40. The game medium dispensing device 1 has a first decorative laminate 55 for covering the exposed side of the control unit 50 and second decorative laminates 15, 25, 35 which cover the exposed sides of the bill discriminating device 10, the coin discriminating device 20, and the recording medium processing device 30 respectively or the exposed side of any device.
