摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable diaphragm device and radiographic equipment wherein radiation conditions required for obtaining the same radiation exposure result can be reduced with high safety and reliability. SOLUTION: The radiation movable diaphragm device is provided with a reflection mirror 34, a reflection mirror position control means, a detection means, a discrimination means, a locking means, and a warning means. The reflection mirror 34 is installed in the state of being movable forward and backward with respect to the exposure path of radiation and reflects light from a light source 31 to irradiate a patient P with it via a movable diaphragm 38. The reflection mirror position control means halts the reflection mirror 34 at a regular position in an X-ray path in the case of light irradiation and halts it at a retreating position outside of the X-ray path in the case of X-ray irradiation. The detection means detects the position of the reflection mirror 34. The discrimination means discriminates whether the reflection mirror is at the normal position with a signal detected by this detection means. The locking means locks exposure with X-rays when the discrimination means cannot detect that the reflection mirror is at the normal position. The warning means gives information of abnormality occurrence when the discriminating means cannot detect that the reflection mirror is at the normal position or the retreated position.
