PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine, for preventing illicit behavior from an outlet, and improving an outward appearance of a game area. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine discharges a game ball never entering any winning hole in the game area, to the game board base reverse side from the outlet 16 existing in the lowest part of the game area A as an out ball; and has a hiding structure 34 difficult to direcly look the outlet 16 from the front, in front of the outlet 16. The hiding structure 34 is composed of an out ball receiving part 36 arranged for introducing the out ball to the outlet 16 in front of the outlet 16, and a hiding wall 37 erected and formed on the front end of the receiving part 36.
