PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope for intraoperative observation with which a hand to hold an operation part of the endoscope and a forceps for an operation or the like do not interfere each other when the forceps for the operation or the like and an insertion part of the endoscope are simultaneously inserted in the nostril or the like so that the endoscope operation and the forceps operation can be performed smoothly. SOLUTION: The endoscope for intraoperative observation includes a bending section 20 which is bent by a remote operation from an operation section 40 connected to a proximal end of an unbendable rigid insertion section 10 and is connected to a distal end of the rigid insertion section 10, and a main body of a distal end part 30 which is disposed with an observation window and an illumination window and connected to a distal end of the bending section 20, wherein the rigid insertion section 10 is formed to be bent at the rear of the part in the vicinity of the distal end 11 of the rigid insertion section 10 so that an extension line of an axis line 11X of the part in the vicinity of the distal end 11 of the rigid insertion section 10 and the operation section 40 do not interfere each other.
