PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal hopper which has the token sorting function of sorting the medals according to size and a game machine with the same. SOLUTION: The medal hopper has a medal storage part directly connected to a medal collective inlet slot of the game machine, a medal guide path 10 which is provided right behind a token feeding part 9 of the body 1 of the token hopper and guides the tokens C askew upward in the non-upright attitude, a token path 11 which is linked to the guide path 10 to guide the tokens C to other sites within the game machine and a token drop hole 13 which is provided on the extension of the token guide path 10 to let the tokens with the diameter thereof smaller than that of the regular tokens C drop. The token drop hole 13 is disposed within a distance equivalent to the diameter of the token C from the token feeding part 9. A token kickout member 14 is provided on the upper part side of the inner rim of the token drop hole 13 being normally energized clockwise along the surface of the token drop hole 13.
