PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable waste straw to be surely conveyed by being raked in even when the amount of the waste straw is large. SOLUTION: A waste straw-conveying device 30 has an ear tip side conveyor 31 and a root side conveyor 33, and the ear tip side conveyor 31 has conveying tines 32a. A star wheel 43 for raking in is installed in the starting end side of the ear tip side conveyor 31 in the conveying direction, and the heights of protrusions 43a of the star wheel 43 are regulated so as to be nearly same as those of the conveying tines 32a. As a result, the conveying tines 32a can convey the waste straw without being bent by surely raking the waste straw in even if the amount of the waste straw is large because the conveying tines 32a having the nearly same heights as those of the protrusions 43a are pieced after the protrusions 43a of the star wheel 43 have pushed aside the waste straw when the waste straw is raked in at the conveying starting end side.
