<p>A piano key where a weight that is capable of being installed on a key body can be easily produced using an alternative material to lead, a harmful substance. This enables production costs to be reduced and desired touch weight appropriate for playing to be obtained. The piano key has a pivotable key body (2) in which an embedding hole (9) is formed and has a weight (4A) formed from bismuth and installed in the embedding hole (9) of the key body (2). The weight (4A) can be alternatively formed from a compound of bismuth and other substances.</p> |
