A door lock has a standard mounting onto the mounting flange using two threaded fasteners (4, 5) to secure the lock mechanism. To fit the optional cylinder lock (1a) one of the threaded fasteners is replaced by a special fastener (7) whose inner end is located through an adapter and into the cylinder mounting. The cylinder lock operates on the door latch (9) via a locking tag and a curved drive.
