PURPOSE: A complex air conditioning and ventilating system is provided to reduce energy loss and supply cooled and heated air without using multi-cooler and heater, and reduce a noise and secure pleasantness. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system for solving air supply and exhaust problems is combined with a ceiling type air conditioner(200). In operating the air conditioner, air flowed in through a heat exchanger for ventilation passes a heat exchanger for an air conditioner together with indoor air sucked into the air conditioner. Rotary speed of a booster fan and an opening angle of a damper(D9) are controlled to maintain a voltage pressure difference between areas.
