PURPOSE: Provided is a combined fish pot and artificial fish bank made of durable textile yarns and biodegradable textile yarn to capture fishes and shell fishes and propagate sea plants using the fish bank. CONSTITUTION: The fish pot includes a support made of iron frame, a fish net covering the support, and a binding rope for binding the fish net to the support. One of a weft rope(3a) and a warp rope(3b) of the fish net is made of biodegradable textile yarn which is naturally dissolved after a lapse of a certain time, and one of the weft and warp ropes is made of durable textile yarn. The binding rope is implanted with seaweeds spores.
