EMERGENCY ESCAPE DEVICE OF TRUNK ROOM FOR VEHICLE, INCLUDING FUEL FILLER OPENING-SENSING PART, GAS SENSOR, AND CONTROL UNIT

PURPOSE: An emergency escape device of a trunk room for a vehicle is provided to make a criminal fall into utter confusion if a person is locked in the trunk room by informing the outside that the person is locked in the trunk room through an alarm and an emergency lamp and to enable the person locked in the trunk room to easily escape from the trunk room by opening a trunk lid. CONSTITUTION: An emergency escape device of a trunk room for a vehicle comprises a fuel filler opening-sensing part(40) installed to a side of the vehicle to sense the opening of a fuel filler; a gas sensor(50) installed in the trunk room to sense gas produced when a person breathes; and a control unit(60). The control unit receives signals of the gas sensor and the fuel filler opening-sensing part, opens a trunk lid by operating a trunk lid-opening and shutting device(10) if gas exceeding predetermined amount is detected from the gas sensor and an on-signal is input from the fuel fuller opening-sensing part, and informs the outside of danger through an alarm(20) and an emergency lamp(30).
