<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing toner image on an intermediate transfer body from scattering onto an image formed medium side and printing image having satisfactory quality without causing noise and stain. <P>SOLUTION: A paper sheet P fed from a resist roller 14a is led onto a transfer belt 5 side along a guide member 20 and is led into a transfer nip part through an upper end fringe of the guide member 20. The paper sheet P adheres closely to a transfer belt 5 already at a position on the upstream side more than the transfer nip part. Even if electric field for transfer generated by a secondary transfer roller reaches the periphery of the transfer nip part, a part of toner on the transfer belt does not scatter onto a paper sheet side owing to the close adhesion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
