PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network call management device capable of quickly computing the combination of call terminals enabling the simultaneous measurement of call quality evaluation data even if there are a number of call terminals. SOLUTION: A group division computation means 13 divides the call terminals for measuring the call quality evaluation data into a plurality of groups for computation. By a means 18 for computing a measurement combination in a group based on the plurality of groups, a first combination showing the combination of the call terminals in the group computes a plurality of first measurement groups. Contrarily, by a means 18 for computing the measurement combination among groups based on the plurality of groups, a second combination showing the combination of the call terminals among the groups computes a plurality of second measurement groups. As a result, even if there are a number of call terminals, the combination of call terminals capable of simultaneously measuring the call evaluation data can be quickly computed.
