PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction in which a single remote control operation is mistaken for a plurality of remote control operations, without impairing responsive property of a remote controller. SOLUTION: A counter code which is counted up every time a key of the remote controller is operated is added to a remote control signal. When an electronic device acquires a remote control signal A-35' from a control bus, it is judged that a remote control signal having the same count value has already been acquired from a remote control light-receiving section by referring to the counter code included in the remote control signal A-35', and if the signal has already been acquired, the remote control signal A-35' which has been acquired this time is made invalid. In this way, a drawback in which a remote control signal acquired later via a control bus is also validated and a plurality of operations are performed can be avoided without setting a predetermined time for regarding the signal as the same remote control signal.
