PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an abnormal pixel called as a white point and an OPB part are irradiated with strong light, and an average value shifts when light leaks if the number of pixels to be averaged is small when outputs of the OPB part are simply accumulated and the average value is used. SOLUTION: A loop for feeding back a difference between an offset value (clamp value) added in an offset adjusting unit 11 and a clamping setting value which is previously stored in a storage part 14 to the offset adjusting unit 11 is formed by a loop digital filter 13, an adder 15 and a digital filter 16.
