PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sense of incongruity for a user even if files are reproduced in an order reverse to their photographed order when still picture files and a moving picture files coexist. SOLUTION: When a slide show is performed by reading files from a memory card where the still picture files and the moving picture files coexist and reproducing the files in a reverse order starting from the file which was photographed last, the order of the pictures of respective frames constituting the moving picture shown by the moving picture file is made reverse to the order of photographed time (ML, M21, M11 and M01) (reverse reproduction). Consequently, even if the pictures are displayed in the order reverse to photographed order in the reverse order slide show, the moving pictures are also reproduced in the order reverse to photographed order.
