PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice mail device which can reproduce a telephone conversation message under recording. SOLUTION: The voice mail device 100 includes a split message build up memory unit 102, a split message build up memory unit 101, a split message management memory unit 103, and a regenerating split message sending unit 104. The split message build up memory unit 102 divides voice data of telephone conversation message during speaking for each predetermined time, and builds up in a split file. The split message management memory unit 103 manages split file information which has the number of the split file, a reproducing order, and a reproduced file position. The regenerating split message sending unit 104 takes out the voice data of the telephone conversation message to be reproduced from the split message build up unit 102 based on the split file information of the split message management memory unit 103, and transmits to an exchange.
