<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow each of participating companies to efficiently increase customers. <P>SOLUTION: A service provider transmits a message by proxy to medical persons concerned being customers corresponding to predetermined conditions among all customers, and the medical persons concerned who have received the message approve the MR of a specific pharmaceutical company so that it is not necessary for the MR of the specific pharmaceutical company to visit the whereabouts of the medical persons concerned. Thus, it is possible to increase medical persons concerned being customers, and it is possible for both the MR and the medical persons concerned to transfer a message.
