PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing service operating state monitor system wherein a mobile terminal can monitor an information providing service operating state and monitored data can effectively be utilized.

SOLUTION: The information providing service operating state monitor system includes: a monitor information management means for managing monitor information used for monitoring an information providing service operating state by a mobile terminal; an operating state collection means for collecting response information denoting an information providing service operating state at a prescribed time interval on the basis of the monitor information; and a monitor history management means for storing and managing the response information received from the operating state collection means as a monitor history.
