PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the power loss of an engine resulting from an engine cooling fan in simple construction. SOLUTION: Vanes 24 of the engine cooling fan 20 are mounted on a fan body 23 so as to be freely changeable between an operating attitude in which cooling air is generated and a canceling attitude in which air blow is stopped. An attitude change-over body 31 slidably attached to the fan body 23 is operated via a relay rocker 33, an operation cable 34, an rocking link 35 and a sector gear 37 by a vane change-over motor 38 to change-over the attitude of the vanes 24.
