PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for knitting with which a net structure can be knitted into that having functions and strength by no means inferior to those of a usual net material composed of knot parts and leg parts even when the number of ground reeds for guiding reinforcing yarns is reduced by half in knitting a tubular or a bag-like net body. SOLUTION: The method is to knit the tubular or the bag-like net body by warp knitting. The method is carried out by regulating the yarn guide density for reinforcing yarns threaded through reeds for the reinforcing yarns in the front and rear parts to about twice the knitting needle density corresponding to the knitting machine gauge. In at least one knot part in the pair of knot parts continuous in the knitting direction, one set of the reinforcing yarns in a bound state is collectively knitted when the two reinforcing yarns threaded through the reed for the reinforcing yarns in the same row each as the one set are knitted. In the leg parts, the knitting is carried out so as to individually entwine each reinforcing yarn around the adjacent wale and form a part of the adjacent leg parts. The actions of the reinforcing yarns with the ground reeds for two rows can be performed by the movement of the ground reed in one row according to the method.
