PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper reinforcing structure capable of minimizing increase in the number of parts when reinforcing a front bumper, and large in rigidity and energy absorption. SOLUTION: A bumper body 3 comprises a front bumper member 4 located on the front side of a vehicle body and a rear bumper member 5 located on the rear side of a front bumper member 4, and a reinforcement 8 is disposed between joining parts thereof. A bumper supporting piece 12 fitted to a side frame 11 is passed through a through hole 9 formed by the rear bumper member 5 and the reinforcement 8, and the bumper body 3 is supported thereby. A side part of the bumper body 3 is reinforced by adequately performing joining A, B and D of the reinforcement 8 with the front bumper member 4, the rear bumper member 5 and the bumper supporting piece 12 by spot welding, and the energy absorption when the external force is applied is enhanced.
