PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case cleaner for preventing pet hospital infection that is set in a pet hospital and cleans the cases for inhibiting infection from an infection pet after operation. SOLUTION: The case main body 1 has a space 12 for receiving a pet animal inside, an openable door 5 having a chamber-sliding type exhaustion air hole 4 opened on the front face and the back face air-feeding path 8 is set on the back side and simultaneously an inlet opening 6 and a blower machine 9 are set inside and the air sent from the blower 9 is fed to an air charging filter 10 that is adjacent to the positive pressure chamber A and plays rolls of dusting, bacterial elimination and sterilization. To the air charging outward road 19 on one side of the receiving space 12, is positioned with an air stream regulation panel 11, while on the other side face, a punching filter 13 is set and the air is circulated by allowing it to pass through from the punching filter 13 to the receiving space 12 communicating with the side face air-charging homeward way 20 and to the come-back pre-filter 14. In addition, on one sidewall of the case main body 1, a controllable exhausting opening 21 is opened toward the side face air-charging homeward way 19 for the negative pressure operation.
