The invention relates to a motor vehicle multimedia system, with a multimedia central unit (1) built into the vehicle, comprising a central controller (10), a mass storage unit, or a disc drive for a mass storage unit, an operating unit (8) and a first optical graphics-enabled display unit (9), as well as a further optical graphics-enabled display unit (12), connected to the central station (1) by data systems, whereby different multimedia data may be displayed on the first and further display units (9; 12) respectively. According to the invention, the further optical graphics-enabled display unit (12) is portable and has a wireless connection to the central station. |
