The paste composition contains aluminum powder, organic substance vehicle and inorganic compound powder. The inorganic powder has melting, softening or decomposition temperature higher than the melting point of aluminum, and thermal expansion coefficient smaller than aluminum. The inorganic powder is carbide, oxide, nitride or boride, preferably silicon oxide or aluminum oxide. An independent claim is included for solar cell.
