<p>The device for the protection of openings in a structure has a U-shaped frame (1) made at least partially from U-profiles (17) and which has a seal (5) extending on the inner side at least partially in the longitudinal direction of the U-profile and the outer side of which is connected watertight to the structure. The device has at least one lamella with two longitudinal sides, whereby at least one longitudinal side has a seal. The lamella is fitted between the two sides (18) of the U-profile. An independent claim is included for a method for the protecting of openings in structures against high water in which a frame is fitted in the front of the opening, lamellas laid in the frame and a cover fitted on the upper side of the frame.</p> |
