The tractor has a chassis frame divided into a front (1) and rear (2) frame part connected together through a rotary joint (12) whose rotational axis (31) runs in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The rotary joint is made up of structural members (15, 16) which enables the frame parts to rotate about a longitudinal centre axis of the vehicle but prevent swivel movement to the side thereof. A front axle (47) with wheels is rigidly connected to the front frame part (1) and a rear axle (48) with wheels is rigidly connected to the rear frame part.
