SETTLEMENT METHOD THROUGH ASSIGNMENT OF SPECIFIC NUMBER TO DIGITAL CONTENTS ON INTERNET

PURPOSE: A settlement method through assignment of a specific number to digital contents on the Internet is provided to allow a client to use the contents by receiving a certification result from a communication provider comparing information inputted from the client with the information inputted from a web site. CONSTITUTION: The client connected to a web server provides contents selection data to the web server(405). The web server generates password data assigned to the contents selected by the client. The web server provides the password data and connection information to enable the client to connect with a communication provider server to the client(410). The web server provides the password data to the communication provider server. The client provides the password data received from the web server to the communication provider server based on the received connection information(420). The communication provider server compares the password data received from the client with the password data received from the web server(425). If the password data of both sides is agreed, the selected contents are provided to the client(435).
