PURPOSE: A bellows is provided to widen the sectional area of an inlet of the bellows to facilitate the assembling and separating work of the bellows and to secure a unit for maintaining airtightness. CONSTITUTION: A bellows(21) is installed in a state of maintaining airtightness and freely expanding and contracting in the axial direction of an object, and smoothly moving in the radial direction. The bellows has an inlet(22) and several folds(23). The inlet is wider than the sectional area of the object to facilitate the assembling and separating work with the object. The folds are formed to the inlet and a slant part(24) of the inlet to maintain airtightness when the bellows is mounted to the object. If pressure is given to the inlet or the slant part of the inlet, the inlet is folded along the folds.
