PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting an image forming condition for a sheet in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, and the image forming apparatus adjusted by using the method.

SOLUTION: The method for adjusting the image forming apparatus includes a forming stage for forming an image in an area including at least three corner parts of the sheet based on previously set image data. Then, the image formed on the sheet by the forming stage is read by a reading means, a correction value to correct the image forming condition for the sheet is obtained from the read data, and the image forming apparatus is adjusted by using the correction value.
