<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor costs and operating time, to accurately display product-related information, and to prevent the intentional change of display contents without making the human display mistake of product-related information in a memory card product. <P>SOLUTION: This test device is constituted of a half-finished product placing table 1, a test table 2, a display operation table 3 and an ejection table 4. A half-finished product 5a of a memory card is placed on the half-finished product placing table 1 and sent to the test table 2 so as to be tested. A non-defective article 5b is sent to the display operation table 3, and a defective article 5c is extracted from the test table 2. The product-related information is displayed at the non-defective article 5b of the half-finished product of the memory card sent from the test table 2, and the non-defective article 5b is sent to the ejection table 4 so as to be provided to the following packing operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
