PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled film, and to provide a method for producing the film, capable of producing the film product in a good yield, scarcely causing wrinkles. SOLUTION: This method for producing the film product comprises winding a magnetic film 12 in a continuous length on a core material 14 to form a rolled film 10, packaging an outer surface of the rolled film 10 by a sheet-like packaging material 16, and applying tensile force to the packaging material 16 in the circumferential direction, so as to approximately uniformly pressurize the rolled film 10 inward in the radial direction.
