PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder strap fitting of a satchel, with which users can interchange shoulder straps to different design/color, seasonal ones or the like, and the shoulder straps are prevented from shifting from the shoulders due to the weight of the satchel while it is used, a back pad of the satchel sticks to the user's back and the satchel center of gravity does not separate from user's back. SOLUTION: In the fitting which is set in the upper part of a back pad Rp of a satchel R, a pair of connecting members 4 fixed to the upper ends of the shoulder straps 3 are connected to a pair of left and right connecting parts 2 formed in the upper part of a mount 1 so as to be easily attached/detached.
