PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing mechanism which can mix liquids at a high mixing ratio. SOLUTION: This mixing mechanism is provided in a chip to join a flow passage A, a flow passage B and a flow passage E, so as to mix the liquids flowing in the respective flow passages. That is, the flow passage A is joined to the flow passage B in the first junction part to form one joined flow passage F, the joined flow passage F is branched into a flow passage C and a flow passage D in a branch point, and the flow passage E is joined to the flow passage D in the second junction part to form one joined flow passage G.
