摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motional error correcting method of a machine by a 6-degree-of-freedom position-attitude measuring device, for remarkably improving motional accuracy, by further improving a frame deformation correcting method and its device using a parallel mechanism. SOLUTION: This method corrects the relative positional relationship, by measuring a position and an attitude between a tool and a worktable in the machine for relatively moving the tool in a space to a workpiece installed on the worktable, by using the parallel mechanism; and measures relative motion of 6 degrees of freedom, that is, translational position 3 degrees of freedom and attitudinal 3 degrees of freedom between the tool and the worktable; and extremely reduces a relative position error and a motional error of a machine tool and a measuring apparatus, by using the parallel mechanism composed of a passive link of incorporating a measuring mechanism alone between the tool and the worktable; and can remarkably improve accuracy even in an ordinary machine tool and a measuring apparatus available on the market.
