PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the observation and tracking of an error and the setting of a break point at various points in the run time of components in a computing environment having extendable pluggable components. SOLUTION: A computing environment includes a client, run time and task. In an operation, the client executes a debug operation by communicating with the run time and the task. The task sets a break point, and transmits it through the run time to the client. When encountering the break point, the task is interrupted, and when any problem is generated in the execution of the task, the client is able to execute debug.
