PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door check device capable of obtaining smooth rotation of the arm with respect to the body bracket, the door check device having a case having holes drilled for passing an arm, a stopper means for locking from a bottomed recess of a case integrally provided at the other end side of the arm, a first and a second removable shoes arranged so as to pinch the arm from the rotary central shaft direction of the arm in the bottomed recess of the case to be hooked/unhooked with/from a hooking recess, and a first and a second urging members arranged respectively in the bottomed recess of the case to urge the first and the second shoes to the arm side, wherein the arm is inserted from the hole of a bottomed recess of one end side of the arm. SOLUTION: A slant face 122c is formed so that a shoes 122 are mutually separated from each other by being pushed by an arm to move, is formed in the shoe 122 (a first shoe, a second shoer).
