<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determining device of a vehicle having excellent sensibility and capable of preventing malfunctions. <P>SOLUTION: An antitheft device A of an automobile is provided with a control device 3 for notifying an abnormality by a siren 34, a light emitting device 32 and a speaker 33 when a sensor output of each sensor (a vibration sensor 11, an inclination sensor 12 and a sound sensor 13) exceeds a threshold value, and a navigation device 2 capable of acquiring a parking place of the automobile. The control device 3 records a secular change of each sensor output at the parking place in a memory 31 by considering time, a day of the week and season.
