PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of clearly expressing the front and back position relation in the case of simultaneously displaying three-dimensional tissue image and blood flow image. SOLUTION: Voxel data indicating amplitude information obtained from echo data obtained as a result of transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves and voxel data indicating blood flow information are respectively stored in a three-dimensional memory 20a for the amplitude information and a three-dimensional memory 20b for the blood flow information, and volume rendering is executed only to the voxel data indicating the amplitude information in rendering operation parts 22a and 22b. Also, volume rendering is executed to the voxel data for which the amplitude information and the blood flow information are composed in a rendering operation part 22c. Then, the result of the rendering operation parts 22a and 22b is provided for the G input part and B input part of a display part 26, the result of the rendering operation part 22c is supplied to an R input part and the three-dimensional image is formed.
