PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproduction system of a recording/reproduction information recording medium capable of simply performing various kinds of managements such as a rental charge, lending and return of electronic books according to the access. SOLUTION: Access information such as date, the number of pages, a charge of access to main information processed by an access information processing part 34B is recorded in a second UTOC region of a disk 12. The main information is stored in a buffer memory 34A and outputted to a display device 40, or an I/F 44 after recording of the access information. The access information recorded in the disk 12 is outputted in the case of disk management such as the charge at a rental shop, etc. and edited by an access information editing part 50A of a host computer 50.
