PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding type container facilitating its manufacturing, capable of restricting its cost and being folded without separating an entire folding type container including its lid. SOLUTION: This folding type container has a floor panel 2, front panel 3, rear panel 4, side panels 5, 6, lid panel 7, connecting means 9 for fixing positions of the front panel 3, rear panel 4 and side panels 5, 6 when they are assembled. The side panels 5, 6, floor panel 2 or front panel 3, floor panel 2, rear panel 4 and lid panel 7 are cut and connected while their plastic cardboards can be folded and cannot be separated. One of or both side panels 5, 6 and one of or both front panel 3 and rear panel 4 are constituted by a connecting panel connected to the floor panel 2 and a panel body foldably connected to the connecting panel. The lid panel 7 is constituted by a connecting panel connected to the rear panel 4 in such a way that it can be folded but unseparable and the panel body connected to the former connecting panel.
