PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business card forming device capable of readily and quickly forming a business card. SOLUTION: This business card forming device 1 comprises a card reader/writer 24 for reading or storing data from or to a private card 25, a control device 50 for editing an image, and a printer 34 for printing an image to be printed on a business card. The control device 50 acquires data of personal information from the private card 25 via the card reader/writer 24, allows the printer 34 to perform printing by editing an image including a part of or all of the personal information, and stores the data of the personal information into the private card 25 via the card reader/writer 24.
