PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet in which a long fiber nonwoven fabric and a porous polyethylene film are combined well and which is good in permeability and water resistance. SOLUTION: The composite sheet comprises the long fiber nonwoven fabric of core-shell type long composite fibers and the porous polyethylene film which is obtained by a filler packing orientation method etc., and has specified permeability and a specified waterproof pressure. (a) The shell part of the core-shell type long composite fibers of the nonwoven fabric is made of polyethylene having a specified density and a specified melting point, and the core part is made of a polyester having a melting point higher by 45°C than the melting point of the polyethylene. (b) The porous polyethylene film has a melting point higher by at least 5°C than the melting point of the polyethylene of the shell part of the long composite fibers. The maximum pore diameter of the porous polyethylene film is 0.5-3μm. The polyethylene of the shell part of the nonwoven fabric is made composite by being melted or softened.
