PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find out the defective setting of speed change control by speed change-controlling the moving speed of a movable member irrespective of the acceleration setting side and the deceleration setting side. SOLUTION: A control means G for actuating an electric servo-motor (motor) 15 moving an injection screw 17 through a servo-amplifier (motor driving means) 13 is equipped with a speed change control means 11 by a time standard which starts the change of an injection speed in a preceding stage set in a speed setting device 1 at a speed change point set by a speed change point setting device 3 and completes the speed change based on a standard time, a speed change control means 12 by a position standard which starts the change of an injection speed in the preceding stage at a standard position before a speed change point and completes the speed change at the speed change point, and a change-over control means 14 which actuates the servo-amplifier 13 by the control means 11 when the acceleration of the moving speed of the injection screw 17 is set and actuates the servo-amplifier 13 by the control means 12 when deceleration is set.
