PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous coating device for a strip where the winding of a resin round an applicator roller can be prevented, and the strip having a satisfactory coating film appearance can economically be obtained, and to provide a continuous coating method using the same. SOLUTION: The surface of the applicator roll is provided with a nozzle capable of spraying a paint, and further, a pickup roll has a roll structure where the inside is provided with a water-cooled chamber.
