PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which has high leak-preventing effect and is excellent in wearing feeling. SOLUTION: This absorptive article is equipped with an absorptive body with a top sheet 1, a back sheet 2, and an absorptive body 3. Both side edge parts of the absorptive body are bonded and fixed to form a waist opening part and leg opening parts, and gathers are formed on the opening circumference part of each leg opening part. In the absorptive article, first and second elastic members 15 are spread and fixed so that an elastic member is placed along the insides of part of one side edge parts of a belly side part and a back side part, crossing the center of a crotch part, and along the insides of the other side edge part. The back sheet 2 comprises two layers of laminated bodies. Both elastic members 15 are spread between layers of the laminated body and fixed and placed mutually parallel at the lower center of the crotch part. The absorptive body 3 is placed between the top sheet 1 and another sheet 1' on the back sheet 2. Both elastic members 15 comprise a plurality of members placed at intervals of 0.5-5 mm.
