PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disposable sanitary shorts improved in a fitting property for a wearer's body and excellent in a sense of touch to the skin and a feeling of touch. SOLUTION: The disposable sanitary shorts are provided with a liquid permeable front sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet and a liquid holding absorbent body present between the front and back sheets. The back sheet comprises a stretchable sheet laminated with a non-woven fabric stretchable onto at least one side of a sheet formed of an elastomer.
