PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly discharge static electricity electrified in the human body and clothes to a ground surface or a floor surface. SOLUTION: A fine line 2 composed of a conductive material such as freely bendable metal or carbon fiber, and hooks 1 and 5 similarly composed of a conductive material on both ends of the fine line 2, are electrically conductively connected; and can be installed outside a shoe, so as to be nipped between the wearing port edges of the shoe by the hooks 1 and 5. Brush-like whiskers 3 are electrically conductively implanted on the periphery in the fine line 2 positioned on the lower surface of the shank of the shoe between the U-shaped one hook 1 and the other hook 5. Such a constitution can discharge the static electricity to the fine line from the hooks, and also to the ground surface and the floor surface via the whiskers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
