PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic tool, for providing the cosmetic effect such as tightening of the skin and pores of the skin, promotion of the circulation of the blood, and reservation of moisture, by sanitarily applying frozen water and lotion to the skin, without causing pain and stimulation, without touching hands. SOLUTION: Disposable bag-shaped cotton is installed on the tip of a stick, soaked with the water and the lotion and is frozen, and then the cotton part is slid on the skin.
