ASSEMBLING JIG FOR ROOF BUILT-IN TRIM, COMPRISING FRONT JIGS, REAR JIGS, SIDE JIGS, AND INNER JIGS

PURPOSE: An assembling jig for a roof built-in trim is provided to exactly assemble functional components and outfit components to the inside of the roof built-in trim and to inspect the assembled state. CONSTITUTION: An assembling jig(20) for a roof built-in trim comprises front jigs(22) supporting the front of the roof built-in trim; rear jigs(24) supporting the rear of the roof built-in trim; side jigs(26) supporting the sides of the roof built-in trim; and inner jigs(28) supporting the inside of the roof built-in trim. Curves corresponding to the curved surface formed to the upper end of the roof built-in trim are formed to the front jigs, the rear jigs, the side jigs, and the inner jigs. A sun visor bracket groove(22a) in which a sun visor bracket combined to a sun visor is inserted is formed to the front jig to mount the sun visor to the roof built-in trim. A retainer bracket groove(22b) in which a retainer bracket is inserted is formed to the front jig to mount a retainer for fixing the sun visor to the roof built-in trim.
